Christina Canning

Christina is originally from St. Edward, NE. She's glad to join her husband and family here in Seward and sharing her talents. You may have seen her around performing with the Seward High School choir or at the Methodist Church.

She started participating in Women's Empowered classes to help overcome some personal challenges and found herself continually pulled towards the martial arts community helping where able. Though training hasn't always been in the forefront, she loves working behind the scenes to bring the school's visions to life and help members grow.
